These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrslo governing your access to and use of the pkrslo platform, including casino games, sports betting, payment services, and all related features. Please read the entire document before registering or continuing to use your pkrslo account. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use pkrslo. Creating an account while underage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one pkrslo account. Duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or different details, will be suspended. Only one account per household is permitted where shared devices are used.
All bonus funds and free bets are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Withdrawing bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
pkrslo is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation — including a valid national ID (CNIC) and proof of payment method — must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is released.
Any attempt to defraud pkrslo — including chip dumping, collusion, arbitrage abuse, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

By accessing the pkrslo platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkrslo in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. These Terms are to be read alongside pkrslo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use pkrslo. Registration by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkrslo reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification is not satisfied.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkrslo does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
3.4 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one pkrslo account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under identical or differing personal details — will result in all such accounts being suspended and any associated balances being reviewed for forfeiture. Only one active account is permitted per household address where shared device access is identified.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods. pkrslo will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify pkrslo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4.1 Account Currency. pkrslo accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, wagering requirements, and bonus calculations are denominated in PKR. Where a payment is processed in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply, and pkrslo is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.2 Account Verification (KYC). pkrslo operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed — and at any other point at pkrslo's discretion — you will be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity and proof of payment method. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
4.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. pkrslo reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative charge of PKR 500 against dormant account balances. You will be notified by email prior to any such charge being applied. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Accounts may be reactivated by contacting customer support.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may close your pkrslo account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed through normal channels, and applicable KYC requirements must be met. Closure does not excuse any outstanding obligations owed to pkrslo.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkrslo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed within the account cashier section.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit is PKR 500. The maximum deposit per single transaction is PKR 500,000. Daily and monthly deposit limits may be applied to your account in accordance with responsible gaming settings or at pkrslo's discretion.
5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one business day, subject to the processing timelines of the respective institution.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Verified withdrawals are typically transferred within one to three business days depending on the chosen payment method. pkrslo does not guarantee specific processing timelines and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.6 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This requirement exists for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes. pkrslo reserves the right to request additional documentation if the source of funds or the payment method relationship cannot be verified.
5.7 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party source may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. pkrslo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms and are to be read in conjunction with them.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the promotional terms for each offer.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the criteria specified in the offer terms. pkrslo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been met.
6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. pkrslo reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting an error in a promotional offer.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. pkrslo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers that have already been credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to any applicable wagering requirements that were in place at the time of crediting.
7.1 General Rules. All bets placed on the pkrslo platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, which are published within the game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay only; these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. pkrslo reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, payout, or account balance, pkrslo reserves the right to void any affected bets and correct account balances accordingly. No liability will attach to pkrslo for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Sportsbook — Void Bets. pkrslo reserves the right to void sportsbook bets where: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a specified period; (b) the market was offered in error with clearly incorrect odds; (c) the outcome is subject to an official dispute or investigation by the relevant sporting authority; or (d) pkrslo has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation or related integrity concerns.
7.5 Casino Game RTP. All casino games offered on pkrslo are sourced from certified international providers and carry independently verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP information for individual games is available within the game information section. pkrslo does not modify or interfere with game RTP configurations set by the originating provider.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrslo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Platform Ownership. All content on the pkrslo platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, text, logos, game assets, audio, video, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of pkrslo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence to Use. pkrslo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content.
9.3 No Scraping. Automated extraction, scraping, or harvesting of data from the pkrslo platform by any means is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from pkrslo.
pkrslo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkrslo will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or in connection with the operation of the platform. 11.1 Commitment. pkrslo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support player wellbeing. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. pkrslo does not encourage players to gamble beyond their means or to chase losses.
11.2 Age Verification. pkrslo strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. Age verification documents may be requested at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed and all funds returned after verification of the source.

12.1 Platform Availability. pkrslo does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. pkrslo will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
12.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrslo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. pkrslo shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated winnings, or loss of data, regardless of whether pkrslo was advised of the possibility of such losses.
12.4 Force Majeure. pkrslo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment processor outages.
13.1 Termination by pkrslo. pkrslo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the player poses a fraud, money laundering, or integrity risk; (c) the player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (d) continuation of the account would expose pkrslo or its licensors to legal or regulatory risk.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account by pkrslo for cause, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonuses not yet released) will be held pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon termination for cause in all circumstances.
13.3 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your account at any time. All outstanding verified withdrawals will be processed in the normal course following account closure. Accounts closed for responsible gaming or self-exclusion reasons will be subject to the cooling-off and reinstatement processes described in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which pkrslo operates. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under applicable local law.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkrslo platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pkrslo's customer support team. pkrslo will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under pkrslo's applicable operating licence. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request by contacting support.
pkrslo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pkrslo will provide not less than seven (7) days' prior notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and sending an email notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
